Clearwater Housing Co-Operative is collectively owned and operated. We own outright, 41 units within a 305-unit Strata Complex. We have a maximum of 40 members and could theoretically have as many associate members.
Four of our units are accessible units.
The Co-op is currently 40 years old. We are centrally located in the heart of Abbotsford.
We are walking distance to many shops (Superstore, Canadian Tire, Freshco, London Drugs, Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart), malls (Sevenoaks and West Oaks Shopping Centres), parks (Rotary Stadium and Exhibition Park), etc. We are walking distance to John Maclure Community School, Colleen and Gordie Howe Middle School as well as W.J. Mouat Secondary School. Within walking distance is also Galaxy 5 pin bowling, Public Library, Matsqui Rec Centre (Swimming, Skating, Exercise Room, Meeting Rooms) and multiple bus routes.
Additionally, there are walking trails and dog parks that are also within walking distance.
